Mrs Reena Soti

Ms Reena Soti, a postgraduate in History with a B.Ed. degree, brings over two decades of experience in education and leadership at CMS. She served as Principal of CMS Anand Nagar Campus for over 11 years, driving academic quality and institutional growth. In August 2024, she took on a strategic role as Head of School Reforms (Grades XI–XII) at QAID, leading the realignment of senior school practices. She has been instrumental in initiatives such as the ‘Jai Jagat Sections’, the introduction of Advanced Mathematics, and the strengthening of NCERT frameworks, enhancing students’ readiness for higher education and competitive pathways.
In 2026, she was elevated to Head, Quality Assurance & Innovation Department, where she leads academic reforms, quality benchmarks, and the integration of new-age pedagogies across CMS. As Advisor to the CMS Cambridge Sections, she provides strategic guidance for the effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards and the CMS ethos of excellence.

Mrs Sushama Rajkumar

Ms Sushama Rajkumar has been with CMS since 2004, beginning as a dedicated teacher at Gomti Nagar I and steadily rising as a respected academic leader. She played a key role in establishing Gomti Nagar II and, as Headmistress, fostered a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reflective teaching.
Chosen to lead CMS’s first Cambridge Section, she brought her vision of inquiry-based, globally relevant education into practice. Currently serving as Dean of the Cambridge Section and Programme Leader for Cambridge Qualifications, she oversees multiple campuses, mentoring educators and guiding curriculum implementation with clarity and empathy. Her leadership is strengthened by international training, including the Cambridge Leadership Programme and a Certificate in Instructional Leadership, which have sharpened her ability to support pedagogical excellence and global alignment.

Mrs Nisha Pandey
Senior Principal
CMS Rajajipuram Campus I & Cambridge Campus
An accomplished educator with over 22 years of experience, Mrs Nisha Pandey has served as the Principal of CMS Anand Nagar and Mahanagar campuses before being appointed as the Senior Principal. Known for her reformist zeal, she has elevated academic standards, emphasising experiential learning, environmental stewardship, and skill development at CMS Rajajipuram Campus I.
Under her leadership, extracurricular excellence has significantly grown, with students achieving top results in ISC and ICSE exams and excelling in national and international Olympiads, making her campus one of the country’s best schools. She actively promotes literature, culture, and music through international events such as the Odyssey International Literary Festival and collaborations with the ABRSM music board, encouraging many pupils to take graded music exams with the UK-based Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

Mrs Shivani Singh

A dedicated and visionary educator, Mrs Shivani Singh joined CMS in 2006 as a Kindergarten teacher. With dual Master’s degrees in Education and Sociology, and a B.Ed., her administrative acumen was soon recognised. She was promoted as Kindergarten Co-ordinator and later as Pre-Primary In-Charge. In 2015, she became the Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus II and later of CMS Aliganj Campus I in 2018.
An innovator with an eye for detail, she was ranked among the “100 Best Principals” and awarded the “Women Leadership Achievement Award” (2023). Her tenure reflects transformative leadership, fostering academic excellence, holistic development, and a nurturing environment. Under her stewardship, Aliganj I has emerged as one of the most successful CMS campuses, known for innovation and consistent scholastic and co-scholastic achievements.

Mrs Anupama Checker

With over 20 years of experience in education, Mrs Anupama Checker has evolved from an innovative mathematics educator into a dynamic and visionary school leader. Currently the Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus, and formerly of Asharfabad Campus and Rajajipuram Campus II, she blends academic excellence, technology-driven pedagogy, and a global outlook. A postgraduate in Mathematics with a B.Ed. and DISM, she strongly advocates hands-on, application-based learning.
She has successfully led major national and international events such as Matheletics, GeoFest, and the Dr Jagdish Gandhi Inter-School Roller Skating Championship 2025. Mrs Checker fosters inquiry, creativity, and emotional intelligence while nurturing compassionate, future-ready learners. An early adopter of educational technology, mentor, and lifelong learner, she is widely respected for her collaborative leadership and inspiring approach to education.

Mrs Soma Chandra

Mrs Soma Chandra is an award-winning educator and Principal of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, a leading institution known for academic excellence and global education. With degrees in B.A., M.A. (English), and B.Ed., she joined CMS in 2012 as a Primary Teacher. Her growth from IT Trainer to Principal reflects her visionary leadership and passion for progressive learning. With over 23 years of experience, she has led impactful initiatives in curriculum innovation, teacher development, and student-centric pedagogy.
A Certified Google Trainer and one of India’s Top 10 Learning Champions, she has represented Indian educators at national and international platforms, collaborating with CENTA, Oxford University Press, and global education forums. Her accolades include Global Rank 9 in the 2024 International Teachers Olympiad, Indian Education Award 2023, and multiple CENTA Digital Badges.

Mrs Reema Sethi

A dynamic educator with over 24 years of experience at CMS, Mrs Reema Sethi is the Founder Principal of CMS Golf City Campus. Holding an MBA, a Master’s in English, and certifications in Educational Leadership, Life Coaching, and Virtual Teaching, she brings a strong blend of academic rigour and innovation to school leadership. She has served in diverse roles including Junior In-charge at CMS Mahanagar, Academic Coordinator at Rajendra Nagar Campus, Assistant Teacher, Coordinator for international events such as Reflections and COFAS, NTSE, Environmental initiatives, and Branch Reporter.
Her achievements include national and international awards for teaching innovation and leadership, including being named Google Certified Educator of the Year 2021 and receiving a Distinction in the Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership.
