Poster Making

Category: Junior Section (VII – IX)

Event Rules:

1. Each team will be represented by one participant only.
2. Drawing/Painting must be done on a white A3 size sheet, provided at the venue by the host campus.
3. Participants must bring their own drawing tools (pastel, oil, or watercolors only). The use of spray color, wires, 3D objects, or photographs is prohibited.
4. The topic of the poster must be clearly mentioned at the top margin of the A3 sheet.
5. The participant’s name, class, and school code must be clearly written on the back of the poster.
6. Participants must arrive 30 minutes before the start of the competition.
7. Any form of plagiarism or explicit content in the poster will result in immediate disqualification.
8. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

Evaluation Parameters:

1. Awareness: 10 points
2. Creativity: 10 points
3. Presentation: 10 points
4. Relevance to the Theme: 10 points
