Sardar Harpal Singh Jaggi, as the Working President and General Secretary of the Lucknow Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee, leads with unwavering dedication to Sikh welfare and institutional stewardship. A tireless advocate for the Sikh community, he has spearheaded initiatives such as establishing the first Gurudwara-based diagnostic lab in Uttar Pradesh and promoting the Punjabi language and culture within the state.

As former Vice Chancellor of the Uttar Pradesh Punjabi Academy, he played a key role in revitalising regional art and heritage. Currently serving as State President of the ‘All India Sikh Punjabi Welfare Council,’ he has led impactful campaigns to promote communal harmony and cultural identity, making enduring contributions to the Sikh community in Lucknow and beyond.
