Ms Niti Deoliya brings over a decade of rich experience in the social development sector, having worked across India, Europe, and Africa, from grassroots communities to the corridors of the United Nations in Geneva. Deeply inspired by her family’s legacy in Indiaβs freedom struggle, she adopts a values-driven, community-centric approach. Guided by the conviction that mental health and well-being are integral to sustainable development, she blends psychology, faith, and therapeutic arts to promote interfaith collaboration and social solidarity.
A certified arts-based therapy practitioner, Niti facilitates individual and group sessions that draw on creativity, indigenous wisdom, and local heritage to foster healing and connection. Her core strengths include therapeutic communication, project design and execution, stakeholder engagement, and field-based research. Also trained in Reiki and Theta healing, she combines empathy with insight, whether building safe spaces for vulnerable communities or reconnecting with nature through birdsongs and waterfalls.
