Ms Carmen Balhestero is an esteemed global spiritual leader and the visionary founder of Pax Universal Fraternity (est. 1985, Brazil), an interfaith organisation dedicated to world peace, spiritual healing, and universal brotherhood. Guided by the teachings of the Great Universal White Brotherhood, she has played a pivotal role in advancing Brazil’s metaphysical movement. Since 1995, she has been instrumental in promoting A Course in Miracles and serves as a channel for the messages of Ascended Masters, particularly Saint Germain.

Since 1988, Ms Balhestero has organised 27 International Metaphysical Conferences. Under her leadership, Pax Universal offers over 30 free holistic activities (including yoga, Reiki, and guided meditation), while continuing charitable outreach across São Paulo. Her contributions extend to renowned centres such as the Louise Hay Institute (Los Angeles) and the Spiritual Healing Centre (San Francisco). She also founded PAX TOUR, which has led over 500 individuals to sacred sites in India, Egypt, Israel, Mount Shasta, and Machu Picchu. Through her daily meditations and social media presence, she reaches millions with messages of peace, compassion, and spiritual awakening.

In 2001, Pax Headquarters became the first Latin American site to host a Peace Pole, in a ceremony attended by UN representatives, an enduring tribute to her lifelong commitment to planetary peace.
