Debate comp

Debate Competition to be organised in the Interfaith Conference

Event Rules:

1. Each team will be represented by one speaker only.
2. A draw will be held on the day of registration to decide whether each team will argue for or against the motion.
3. Each participant will be given 3 minutes to deliver their speech.
4. A warning bell will ring after 2 minutes to signal the remaining time.
5. A rebuttal round will follow all speeches, debate where participants will answer a question posed by the judges within 1 minute.
6. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

Evaluation Parameters:

1. Content: 10 points
2. Contextual Awareness: 10 points
3. Pronunciation: 10 points
4. Memorization: 10 pointsOther competitions : Poetry
