Thespian Valour (Drama)

Theme: Conflict and Resolution

Guidelines:

  1. The play must be presented in the English language.
  2. Participants are required to adhere to the designated theme.
  3. While adaptations are allowed, the script should demonstrate originality and creativity in its presentation.
  4. Each team will get 7 minutes for presentation.
  5. Use of improvised props and live music to suit the ambience of the play will be appreciated.
  6. Number of Participants includes the narrator as well.
  7. Any technical element, such as lighting or sound, should be planned and tested in advance to ensure smooth execution during the performance.
  8. The dialogue must be appropriate for a school setting, avoiding offensive language and ensuring clarity in communication.
  9. Costumes and props should enhance the performance and be appropriate for the characters and setting without being distracting.
  10. Exceeding the time limit may result in deduction of points.
