General Rules & Regulations
- Each team participating in various competitive and non-competitive events must comprise of 5 students from the Junior Section and 5 students from the Senior Section. Additionally, the team should be accompanied by two teacher-in-charges to supervise and guide the participants.
- The participation will be divided into three categories as follows:
• Primary (Online): Age 9-11 yrs.
• Juniors: Age 12-14 yrs.
• Seniors: Age 15-18 yrs. - All information and communication should be conducted through the school’s official email ID.
- All teams are expected to attend the Inaugural Ceremony on 17th August 2025 and the Prize Distribution Ceremony on 20th August 2025.
- Kindly ensure that participants refrain from registering for two events that are scheduled at the same time.
- Teams are requested to bring their school flags for the Inaugural Ceremony.
- Team leaders must ensure that their teams assemble in the auditorium by 8:00 am sharp each day for the prayer assembly.
- Team leaders are responsible for upholding discipline and decorum within their team at all times.
- The entire team must remain present in the auditorium/venue at all times.
- Teams are required to bring their own articles and props, and participants are advised to take responsibility for the safety of their valuables.
- Teams will not be permitted to receive visitors at the venue nor leave to meet them.
Outstation Teams
- We are pleased to offer hospitality to all outstation teams, including boarding and lodging at the World Unity Convention Centre (WUCC), CMS, Kanpur Road, Lucknow, along with transportation to and from the Airport or Railway Station, Lucknow.
- Outstation participants are kindly requested to provide their travel details by 20th June 2025 to ensure proper arrangements for transport to and from the Airport/Railway Station.
- All outstation teams are requested to plan their travel to ensure arrival at the venue by the evening of 16th August 2025.
- Foreign participants are requested to contact the Convenor immediately upon their arrival in India.

To register for the event:

The deadline for submitting the Google Form for registration is May 5, 2025.

Ensure all fields are accurate, including postal address, email ID, and telephone numbers. No changes can be made once the form is submitted.Upon completing the registration, the participating school will receive a Confluence Participation Code, after which they may proceed to register for various competitions.
- A nominal registration fee of Rs. 1000/- per participant will be charged for outstation teams. However, no registration fee will be applicable for the Principals and team leaders.
- The registration fee is to be paid via a Demand Draft drawn in favour of “City Montessori School, Lucknow,” payable at Lucknow.
- All outstation teams are required to complete their registration at the Control Room upon arrival
- Physical Registration for local teams will take place on 16th August 2025, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
- Team leaders must ensure that all members are dressed in their complete school uniform on the day of the Inauguration (August 17, 2025) and the Closing Ceremony (August 20, 2025) and bring one complete black attire for other competitions (Black formal Shirt and Trousers)
- The pen drives and other items related to the school entry must be submitted during the registration process.
- All members must wear their identification badges, issued at the time of registration, throughout the duration of the event.

Note: A school must participate in minimum 10 events to be eligible for the Champions Trophy.
