1st Shivani District Open Swimming Championship 2024
City Montessori School, Asharfabad, is proud to celebrate the remarkable achievements of our young swimming champions. Our students showcased incredible determination, talent, and discipline at the 1st Shivani District Open Swimming Championship 2024. The event, hosted by Shivani Public School at the Sports Authority of India, witnessed fierce competition. However, our swimmers rose to the challenge with strength, skill, and confidence, earning medals and admiration.
We feel immense joy and pride as the following students delivered outstanding performances in their respective categories:
1. Vanya Rastogi – Class XI
– 100m Freestyle: Gold Medal
– 100m Backstroke: Silver Medal
2. Ashtar Zaheer – Class III
– 50m Breaststroke: Bronze Medal

These achievements reflect not only the swimmers’ hard work but also the consistent support of their dedicated mentors. Mr. Shikhar Chandra and Ms. Sagriti Maurya encouraged the students every day with energy, effort, and expert coaching. Moreover, they designed focused training sessions, monitored progress, and motivated each swimmer to believe in their potential. With every session, the swimmers grew stronger, faster, and more confident in their strokes.

Vanya swam with grace and power, leading with a stunning gold in freestyle and following up with silver in backstroke. Meanwhile, young Ashtar surprised everyone with his bronze-winning performance, showing courage and skill beyond his years. Both victories brought great pride to the school and inspired many others to pursue their goals with equal passion.
