DEBATE Time : 09.00 a.m. onwards
1. Each team will be represented by one speaker who
will present arguments either 'For' or 'Against' the
notion. This shall be intimated to the team through JUDGEMENT CRITERIA
email for the Debate by 10th October 2024.
2. Time Limit: 3 minutes [2 minutes + 1 minute
Refutation Round].
3. A warning buzzer will be rung after 1½ minute to
alert the participant about the remaining time. A
final buzzer will be rung after 2 minutes.
4. A refutation round of one minute will follow each
deliberation with interjections from the
participants.
5. This will be moderated by the chairperson.
6. Reading/taking assistance from the manuscript
would lead to disqualification of the participant
from the event.
