JEE (Advanced) 2026 Results: 56 Meritorious CMS Students Qualify for India’s Premier Engineering Institutions
City Montessori School (CMS) has once again achieved a record-breaking success in the JEE (Advanced) 2026 examination, with 56 meritorious students qualifying in one of India’s most challenging engineering entrance examinations. By securing All India Ranks within the top 31,000, these students have paved the way for admission to some of the country’s most prestigious engineering institutions, including the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs).
These outstanding results reflect our students’ dedication, perseverance and academic excellence, as well as the unwavering support and guidance provided by their teachers, mentors and parents.

Top CMS Performers in JEE (Advanced) 2026 Examination
Among this year’s cohort, Sakshya Vansh (Rajendra Nagar Campus I), Ashutosh Pratap Singh (CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I), Bhanu Prakash Verma (Aliganj Campus I), and Nitant Tripathi (Rajendra Nagar Campus I) secured within the top 5000 All India Rankings, emerging as the top performers.

- 11 CMS students secured ranks within the Top 5,000, including reserved category candidates.
- 26 CMS students secured ranks within the Top 10,000, including reserved category candidates.
- 45 CMS students secured ranks within the Top 25,000, including reserved category candidates.
Our students’ strong performance in JEE (Advanced) 2026 reflects the strong academic foundation and competitive examination preparedness fostered across CMS campuses.
Last year, a total of 43 students qualified for the JEE (Advanced) Exam. Out of these, 34 CMS students secured ranks within the top 25,000, while 15 ranked within the top 10,000. Notably, 8 students achieved All India Ranks below 5,000.
JEE (Advanced) 2026: National Overview
The JEE (Advanced) 2026 examination was conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee. According to the official data released by the institute, out of 1,87,389 registered candidates, 1,79,694 aspirants appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 examinations conducted on May 17, 2026 (The Hindu, 1 June 2026).

She highlighted that all CMS campuses run a specialised Jai Jagat (JJ) Section, which provides focused academic preparation for highly competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET while nurturing confidence, discipline and a spirit of excellence among students, and this year 15 CMS students who underwent the JJ Section training qualified for the JEE Advanced 2026.
