Monologue – Echoes of Inspiration

Event An expressive solo competition where each school will be represented by one participant from Class IV or V. Participants will deliver a 2-minute speech originally spoken by a renowned religious leader, motivational speaker, or performer, reflecting the theme “Religion as a Source of Gender Equality.” The speech must be memorized, delivered in costume resembling the original speaker, and introduced with proper context (speaker’s name, title, place, and date of delivery).

Theme “Religion as a Source of Gender Equality.”

Event Rules:

  1. Participants: One participant per school from Class IV or V.
  2. Speech Origin: The speech must have been delivered in public by a religious leader, motivational speaker, or performer in the past.
  3. Introduction Required: Participants must introduce the speech by mentioning the name of the speaker, title (if any), and where and when it was delivered to set the context.
  4. Costume: Participants should wear attire similar to what the original speaker wore during the speech.
  5. Time Limit: Speech must be 2 minutes long. Speaking for less or more than the allotted time will lead to point deductions.
  6. Submission: A copy of the selected speech must be uploaded via the link provided after registration.
