Currently serving as the Principal of St. Fidelis School, Aligarh, he continues to inspire through his leadership and vision.

Fr. Kollithanam holds several influential roles, including Coordinator of the Lawyers Forum across Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand, and is a member of the Bharatiya Sarva Dharma Sansad. He also serves as Director of KNEUS, the Agra Diocesan Priest Welfare Committee, and is a governing body member of RUPCHA.
