HOST CAMPUS

In times shadowed by discord and dissonance, when sacred identities, alas, are too often misused and the sanctuary of faith bears the weight of conflict, the need for harmony, empathetic dialogue, and shared humanity becomes more important than ever. The 10th International Interfaith Conference is more than a school event being hosted by CMS; it is a call to conscience, a platform where faiths converge, voices unite, and hearts open to the promise of a more harmonious world. As we gather to explore the intersection of belief, equality, and stewardship of the planet, we are reminded that peace begins with understanding, which in turn begins with conversation.

CMS Rajajipuram Campus II, the convening campus of City Montessori School, upholds this belief. With great honour, we take on the role of host campus for the 10th International Interfaith Conference this year at CMS World Unity Convention Centre at Kanpur Road.

The campus, established in 2002, is rooted in the joyful philosophy that “Learning is Fun”; a vision which recognises that true learning cannot flourish without peace and harmony in society. With this ethos at our core, we strive not only for academic excellence but also for holistic development, nurturing confident communicators, compassionate thinkers, and conscientious thought leaders who aspire to create positive change in their communities.

Though modest in size, offering ICSE education up to Grade VIII, CMS Rajajipuram Campus II has consistently punched above its weight. From gold and silver medals in various competitions to spirited debates, special assemblies, and model class presentations, our students have enthusiastically showcased their intellectual curiosity and creative expression. These achievements are shaped by a nurturing environment that celebrates effort and fosters creativity, integrity, inclusion, and purpose-driven education—principles that are vividly reflected in the journeys of our alumni, like Shivansh Asthana (AIR 260 in UPSC CSE 2023-24), and young athletes like Shahid Khan (Bronze medallist in roller skating).

Yet beyond accolades, it is the everyday acts of empathy and purpose that truly define our learners. Our students consistently demonstrate compassion in action through environmental stewardship initiatives that promote sustainability via recycled art, writing, and poetry, JYEP projects like notebook-making, toy donation drives, or radio sessions advocating the importance of literacy. These efforts fill us with pride and reaffirm our belief that our children are not merely preparing for the future—they are already shaping it.

And now, we stand at the threshold of something even more meaningful. As the host campus of the 10th International Interfaith Conference, we extend a heartfelt invitation to changemakers, believers, and bridge-builders across cultures and faiths. Let us walk together in dialogue, in unity, and hope.

Join us in shaping a world where diversity is celebrated, gender is no barrier, the planet is cherished, and faith illuminates the path to peace.
