- All participating delegates must reach the venue latest by 8:00 a.m. on 13th August 2025 and report at the Help Desk set up at the CMS Kanpur Road Auditorium.
- Kindly go through the conference brochure carefully and verify the correct spelling of the names and designations of all participants before filling out the registration form.
- Upon arrival, all teams must report to the Control Room (basement) for on-site registration and verification.
- All student participants are required to be in formal white dress throughout the duration of the conference.
- Kindly submit the completed registration form at the earliest, latest by 21st July 2025, via email at interfaithconference@cmseducation.org. A unique Delegate Code will be issued upon successful registration.

- Team coordinators/delegation heads are responsible for the safety, discipline, and belongings of their respective participants.
- The registration fee is ₹1000/- for local teams, to be paid at the time of registration.
- Kindly note that multiple sessions will be held simultaneously in various designated halls and seminar rooms across the Kanpur Road Campus.
- All delegates must respect the sanctity and inclusive spirit of the conference, refraining from any conduct that may hurt religious or cultural sentiments.
- Participation certificates will be given to those who attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in discussions.
