  • A team will comprise of 6 students (3 in Group B and 3 in Group C) along with ONLY 1 team leader. The details of the group are as follows:

    • GROUP A – All six participants (from group B & C)

    • GROUP B – Participants aged 9 to 12 years

    • GROUP C – Participants aged 12 to 15 years

  • Please send us your registration form at the earliest, latest by 10th July 2024. Once received, a code will be shared with the registered participants.

  • Travel details should be shared with the organisers latest by 20th July 2024.

  • Once registered, the team stands obliged to participate. Teams can participate in any one or all events.

  • No changes in the names of participants will be entertained once the team is confirmed, except under unavoidable circumstances. The HELPDESK should also be informed and the changes recorded upon arrival.

  • Teams should arrive at the venue latest by 12:00 noon (IST) on 10th August 2024 and report to the help desk set up in the lower basement of the World Unity Convention Center (WUCC), City Montessori School, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. There will be a Press Conference and Photo session at the World Unity Convention Centre (WUCC).

  • Upon arrival at the venue, teams must report to the Control Room and complete the registration process.

  • Please review the brochure carefully and ensure the correct spelling of the names of participants before filling out the registration form.

  • Team leaders must take care of the belongings of the team members and are responsible for the safety and security of their team.

  • The participants will have to bring their own gadgets for practice purposes.

  • Participants are requested not to reveal the identity of their school by any means during the competitions and are expected to dress decently.

  • The team members, along with the leaders, will not be permitted to stay in their rooms during the events.

  • Team leaders must assemble with their teams in the WUCC auditorium every day at 8 am sharp for the prayer assembly.

  • For security reasons, the organisers will not permit visitors, individual trips to the city or any such venture/activity, which requires the team or its members to leave the event premises. Kindly do not approach the event authorities for permission for the same.

  • The key of the room should be deposited at the guest house reception every day before leaving for breakfast.

  • A unique code will be assigned to each contingent, which will serve as the participant's identity.

  • Students must wear their identity badges all through the day except during the actual competition.

  • Team leaders will be personally responsible for the conduct of the team. Any breach of discipline or violation of rules and regulations may lead to disqualification of the team.

  • The decision of the organising committee and the judges on all the matters concerning the event will be final and binding.

  • All teams should turn out in school uniforms and carry their school banners during the procession at the inaugural ceremony on 11th August 2024.
