Tentative schedule of events:

  • 10th - 13th August – Competitions

  • 11th August - 3:00 pm - Cultural Evening

  • 13th August - 2:00 pm - Prize Distribution

Essentials:

We accord a special invitation to the Principals/Heads of participating Institutions to be our special Guests of Honour.

  • We will be happy to host. A modest amount of Rs 1000/- per participant is payable as registration fees. However, there is no registration charge for the Principal/Team Leader.

  • The registration fees is to be paid through a Demand Draft, payable at Lucknow drawn in favour of City Montessori School, Lucknow.

  • The first 50 entries will be considered, on first-come-first-served basis.

  • All travel expenses to/from the event will be borne by the teams themselves.

  • Outstation participants will be required to share complete travel information in advance i.e. by 20 July 2024 so that arrangements can be made for their boarding, lodging and conveyance from/to railways station/ airport/bus station.

  • International teams must contact the host immediately upon their arrival in India, national teams upon arrival in Lucknow.

  • Event support staff will assist teams upon their arrival at railways station/ airport/bus station (if required).

  • The average temperature in October ranges from 26 to 34 degrees Celsius.

  • The venue for the event is World Unity Convention Centre, which is a part of a larger complex of City Montessori School, Kanpur Road Campus, LDA colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow. The school is situated in the western part of Lucknow. It is located about 6 km from Lucknow Charbagh railway station and about 3 km from Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport. The event site has its own kitchen, sleeping areas, with all modern amenities, swimming pool, break-out rooms, conference halls and a large auditorium to accommodate 3000 people. A communications centre with internet facilities is also available.

Awards & Certificates:

  • In addition to the BEST TEAM AWARD, Certificates will be awarded to all the winners and runners up in individual events.

  • The participation certificates shall be awarded to all the participating team members.

  • A special prize would go to the team showcasing their best practices contributing for sustainable development.
