Honourable Mr Justice Carlos Alberto Cavuquila serves as Judge-Counsellor of the Tribunal Supremo (Supreme Court) of Angola and is also a member of the Conselho Superior da Magistratura Judicial (Superior Council of the Judiciary), demonstrating his dual role in judicial adjudication and governance.
