BUS, VAN, RICKSHAW, CYCLE-STAND(*) fees will be realised for the entire session of 12 months. If a child leaves the school before completion of the first term i.e. July to December, he/she must give one month notice in advance or pay one month’s conveyance charges in lieu of one month notice. But if he leaves school after attending part of the second term (Jan 2027 to June 2027), he will be required to pay for the remainder of the term too. If a child is admitted in any month from January 2027 to June 2027 and avails school conveyance, he will be charged for the conveyance from the month that conveyance is used, and for only one month for the summer months of May and June. If a child newly opts for optional Foreign Language course, shall be payable for all the 12 months from July 2026 to June 2027.

PLEASE NOTE

1. The financial session is divided into two terms. The first term is from July to December and the second term is from January to June. Once a student has attended the school even for one day in any of the above two terms, and if he/she wants to leave the school, then he/she is liable to pay fees for the entire remainder of that term too.
2. All students are required to pay fees for all the 12 months of the academic session 2026-2027, that is, from July 2026 to June 2027.
3. Regular classes are held in March 2026, April 2026 and May 2026. Newly admitted students in 2026 do not have to pay any fees for the classes held in March 2026, April 2026 and May 2026 which are free for them to help bring them up to the CMS standards. The fee realised from these students at the time of admission will be applicable from the month of July 2026. But if any newly admitted child wants to use school Bus, Van or Rickshaw for Jan, Feb, March, April or May 2026 he has to pay conveyance fees for these months. The financial session of the School starts from 1st July 2026 to 30th June 2027. Regular fees for the 12 months of the session 2026-2027 will be charged in 8 instalments.
4. All fees till 10th of the month will be accepted only through Account Payee crossed cheque/Bank Draft in favour of “City Montessori School, Lucknow”. No fee will be accepted in cash in any circumstances. Parents must open a Bank Account in Lucknow, if they do not have one. After the 10th of a month (or 11th if 10th is a Holiday/Sunday) ₹ 400/- will be charged as late fee fine. From 11th till the end of month, fee will be accepted only through Bank Draft. If fees is not paid by the last date of the month, the name of the student will be struck off from the attendance register. No late payment fine will be excused for payment through online mode.
5. Online fee payment facility is available in CMS. Parents can pay fees through ERP online via the CMS Parent App.
6. In case a cheque bounces, banks charge a fee for the ‘bounced cheque’ therefore an amount of ₹ 300/- will be charged by the school.
7. Any fee concession will be applied on 75% of the Monthly Composite Fee.
8. To ensure a place for the next session, parents should pay monthly composite fee for July 2026 as advance by the end of April 2026.
9. An International Function Fee of ₹ 500/- will be charged in the year in which the campus holds an international event.
