City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow, is thrilled to announce the incredible success of its students in the AP Exams 2025! The Advanced Placement (AP) examination, conducted annually by the College Board (USA), is a fantastic opportunity for students aspiring to study abroad. It allows learners to earn university-level ‘credits’ for overseas universities even before they graduate. This year, 22 brilliant CMS students outdid themselves. They achieved exceptional AP results that significantly boost their chances for global placements.
Prestigious AP Awards Earned by our Shining Stars
Krishiv Narain Agarwal from Gomti Nagar Campus I truly shone, appearing for four AP subjects and earning outstanding scores in:
- Macroeconomics – 5.0
- Microeconomics – 5.0
- Calculus AB – 4.0
- Computer Science A – 4.0
His stellar academic performance earned him the esteemed “AP Scholar with Honour” award. He was honoured with a garland, a medal, and a cheque for ₹20,000.
Advit Dhaon, also from Gomti Nagar Campus I, performed exceptionally well in three AP subjects:
- Precalculus – 5.0
- Computer Science A – 4.0
- Computer Science Principles – 4.0
He was conferred the prestigious “AP Scholar” award, and received a garland, a medal, and a cheque for ₹10,000.

A Heartwarming Felicitation Ceremony Commemorating this Achievement

The distinguished AP scholars were honoured in a felicitation ceremony held at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I. It was a vibrant celebration, applauding the efforts of the CMS exemplars. The management also applauded the unwavering support of teachers and parents, whose encouragement and guidance were truly instrumental in shaping this success.
CMS organised a grand ceremony to celebrate all students who scored 4 or above in one or more AP subjects. The event honoured these bright minds, adorning them with garlands, medals, and books: symbols of their profound academic dedication.
Dr Bharti Gandhi (Founder-Director) and Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon (Manager) graced the occasion with their presence. Our senior leaders, including Ms Susmita Ghose (Superior Principal & Head, Quality Assurance and Innovation), Ms Manjit Batra (Senior Consultant), Mrs Reena Soti (Head, School Reform) and Mrs Sushama Rajkumar (Dean, Cambridge Campuses), also attended the ceremony.
