Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership (CIC-EdL)
The Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership, assessed and certified by Cambridge Assessment International Examinations (Cambridge), is designed to support school leaders in:

- > Engaging critically with key leadership theories, concepts, and challenges.
- > Focusing on effective and reflective leadership practices.
Completing this certificate will help participants:

Mrs Sushama Rajkumar
Programme Leader
Sushama Rajkumar, trained and accredited as the programme leader, will coordinate the programme, including managing trainers, mentors, facilities, and resources. She will ensure that learning resources meet assessment criteria and support participants throughout the programme.
Ms Dawn Taylor
Programme Instructor
Dawn Taylor, Head of School Improvement at CMS, will serve as the lead instructor for Cohort 1. She will guide participants in applying theory to their local contexts, facilitate learning from other leaders within and outside CMS, and create individualized development plans for their campuses.
