**Note: In classes IX to XII, computer and science subjects are optional, taken only by pupils who wish to sit the Board Exam in these subjects.

1. Pre Board Examination fees for class X and XII will be realized in December 2024 in place of Annual Exam Fees.
2. Examination fees for Pre-Primary and for classes I & II will be realized as fees for continuous assessment.
3. Board exam fee will be extra and will be realized as declared by the ICSE/ISC Exam Board (CISCE).

Bus, Van, Rickshaw, Cycle stand fees will be realised for the entire session of 12 months. If a child leaves the school before completion of the first term i.e July to December he/she must give one month notice. But if he leaves school after attending part of the second term (January 2024 to June 2024), he will be required to pay for the remainder of the second term.
If a child is admitted in any month from January to June and awails school conveyance, he will be charged for the conveyance from the month that conveyance is used, and for only one month for the summer months of the May and June. If a child newly Ops for optional foreign language course opts for Foreign Language course, shall be payable for all the 12 months from July 2024 to June 2025.
Please Note:
1. The financial session is divided into two terms. The first term is from July to December and the second term is from January to June. Once a student has attended the school even for one day in any of the above two terms, and if he/she wants to leave the school, then he/she is liable to pay fees for the entire remainder of that term too.
2. All students are required to pay fees for all the 12 months of the academic session 2024-2025, that is, from July 2024 to June 2025.
3. Regular classes are held in March 2024, April 2024, and May 2024. Newly admitted students in 2024 do not have to pay any fees for these classes held in March 2024, April 2024, and May 2024 which are free for them to help bring them up to the CMS standards. The fee realised from these students at the time of admission will be applicable for the month of July 2024. But if any newly admitted child wants to use school Bus, Van or Rickshaw for Jan, Feb, March, April or May 2024 he/she has to pay conveyance fees for these months. The financial session of the School starts from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025. Regular fees for the 12 months of the session 2024-2025 will be charged in 8 installments.
4. All fees till 10th of the month will be accepted only through Account Payee crossed cheque/Bank Draft in favour of "City Montessori School, Lucknow". No fee will be accepted in cash in any circumstances. Parents must open a Bank Account in Lucknow, if they do not have one. After the 10th of a month (or 11th if 10th is a Holiday/Sunday) ₹ 400/- will be charged as late fee fine. From 11th till the end of month, fee will be accepted only through Bank Draft. If fee is not paid by the last date of the month, the name of the student will be struck off from the attendance register. No late payment fine will be excused for payment through online mode.
5. Online fee payment facility is available in CMS. Parents can pay fees online via the CMS Parent App.
6. In case a cheque bounces, bank charges for the 'bounced cheque' will therefore an amount of ₹ 400/- will be charged by the school.
7. Any fee concession will be applied on 75% of the Monthly Composite Fee.
8. To ensure a place for the next session, parents should pay monthly composite fee for the next session's annual fee realized in April 2024.
9. An International Function Fee of ₹ 500/- will be charged in the year in which the campus holds an international event.

CMS gives some extra benefits FREE OF COST to its students
For all new admissions that join school in March 2024 to June 2024, No Monthly Composite Fee will be charged for the months of March 2024, April 2024, May 2024 and June 2024, and Optional Fees and conveyance fee will be charged (if options or conveyance are used). However, full fee payable for July 2024 must be paid in advance at the time of admission. The financial session of the School is from 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025.
Existing parents need to deposit July 2024 fee by the end of April 2024 to ensure their child's seat for the next academic session of 2024-2025.
