At CMS Station Road, the management's vision is to provide an enriching learning environment where every child is empowered to realise their fullest potential. Founded in 1959, this historic campus is the birthplace of CMS and the place where the seeds of the CMS educational philosophy were first sown. Today, that vision has blossomed into a family of 22 campuses and five Cambridge sections.
As principal, I am honoured to carry this legacy forward alongside a dedicated team of educators. Our campus thrives on the curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm of its students, who continue to excel in academics, co-curricular activities, and competitive platforms while upholding the values that define the CMS spirit.

ABOUT CAMPUS
City Montessori School Station Road, located near Charbagh railway station, is the original CMS campus, founded in 1959 with just five students. Over time, it has grown into a bustling hub of activity and education, laying the foundation for all other CMS campuses.
Known for producing outstanding writers and debaters, students here are well-prepared to address global challenges. Graduates include highly qualified professionals such as doctors, engineers, IT experts, and IAS officers working worldwide.
Under the leadership of Principal Mrs. Deepali Gautam, the campus has achieved excellent ISC and ICSE results and offers events like the International Youth Convention on Economics and Commerce (IYCCE), SUBAK taekwondo competition, CONCORD, KIDS BONANZA, and MENAGE. Dr. (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi, CMS’s Founder Director, was the campus's first Principal, guiding it from 1959 to 1974.

The UNESCO Prize for Peace Education was awarded to City Montessori School in 2002, in recognition of its efforts to promote the universal values of education for peace and tolerance at a time when the se values are increasingly being challenged.
