Recognition & Grand Showcase

The finest contributions from each school will be recognized and proudly showcased at the SpaceFest Exhibition in Lucknow. This dynamic event will bring together schools from across Uttar Pradesh to celebrate learning through interactive space-themed activities, hands-on science and art exhibits, and dedicated learning zones focused on STEAM education. Students will also have the opportunity to engage with CMS STEAMers, explore future-ready careers, and enjoy a fun-filled day packed with inspiration, creativity, and food. All participating students will receive E-certificates, while winning entries will be featured in the official SpaceFest bulletin and social media platforms.

How to Submit?

Submission Guidelines:
Submissions will be accepted online, with clear guidelines and evaluation rubrics to ensure accessibility and fairness. Please ensure the following while submitting your school’s entries:

  1. One Best Entry per Activity:
    We encourage you to take multiple entries and submit only one best entry per activity after careful assessment.

  2. Attach the BTS Content:
    Include BTS photos or short video clips (under 1 minute) that show the process behind the selected entry.
    File Format for BTS Submission: BTS_EventName.mp4 (for clips) or BTS_EventName.jpeg or png (for pictures)

  3. Correct File Format:
    Please refer to the specifications listed above in the table.

  4. Email ID for Submission:
