3rd Inter-school Yoga Meet held at CMS on June 21

CMS Rajajipuram Campus I organized the 3rd Inter-School Yoga Meet on 21 June, the International Day of Yoga, at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium, wherein students from different schools of Lucknow participated to demonstrate physical fitness through various yogasanas and yogik performances, thereby sensitizing the world about this Indian fitness technique. Three levels of contests were held at the Inter-school Yoga Meet. Group-A senior category students performed Virbhadrasana, Chakra Bandhasana, Vibhakta Paschimottanasana, Purna Supta Vajrasana, Padam Sarvangasana, Purna Bhujangasana, Padangushth Dhanurasana etc. Group-B junior category students performed Garudasana, Parsvakonasana, Bakasana, Purna Supta Vajrasana, Eka Pada Chakrasana, Yoga Nidrasana, Matsyasana, Purna Dhanurasana etc. Similarly, primary / sub-junior students of Group-C performed Trikonasana, Padahastasana, Ushtrasana, Garbhasana, Eka Pada Sikandhasana, Chakrasana, Sarvangasana, Dhanurasana etc.
