Global Citizenship

Global citizenship refers to the belief that every person is a citizen of the world and has a responsibility to take action for a better world. To instill this belief, the Junior and Senior students of our campus periodically participate in video conferences conducted by Generation Global. Generation Global is a global citizenship education program for young people that enables them to become active, open-minded, and responsible global citizens.

In a recent video conference, the students of our campus engaged in dialogue on the topic ‘Cultures, Values, and Beliefs.’ Students from Indonesia, the Philippines, Japan, and India participated in this conference. Our students discussed the beliefs and values that are crucial to them and their community, addressing themes such as respect, education, service, and integrity. They shared how their beliefs and values have shaped their identity. The conference concluded with students sharing their learnings and key takeaways from listening to the deliberations.”
