Honourable Mr Justice Kyrkkeldi Kydyrbaev serves as a judge on the Constitutional Court of the Kyrgyz Republic. Born on April 1, 1961, in the Chui region, he graduated with honours in 1983 from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. His career began in law enforcement, serving as an inspector and senior operative in the Department for Combating Theft of Socialist Property in Kara-Balta city from 1983 to 1988. From 1988 to 1989, he transitioned to academia, lecturing at the same institution. With extensive experience in law enforcement and education, Justice Kydyrbaev contributes significantly to the Constitutional Court, ensuring the constitutionality of laws and safeguarding citizens’ rights in Kyrgyzstan. His work strengthens the nation’s legal framework and upholds constitutional integrity.
