Honourable Dr Associate Professor Khatanzorig Munkhbayar specialises in Constitutional Law, Privacy Law, and Private Law. Drawing on more than a decade of teaching experience at the School of Law, he has been highly influential in strengthening judicial independence and transparency, improving the quality and effectiveness of adjudication, and advancing court procedure reforms.

He previously served as Director of the Judicial Research and Practice Department of the Supreme Court and as Head of the Office of the Chief Justice. In addition to his experience in the judiciary and adjudicative processes, he is a scholar whose research has been published in several languages, including Hungarian, English, and Korean.
