25th International Conference of the Chief Justices of the World
Article 51 of the Constitution of India, the State shall endeavour to:
- a. promote international peace and security,
- c. foster respect for international law... and,
- b. maintain just and honourable relations between nations,
- d. encourage settlement of international disputes by arbitration.

to be held from 20th to 24th November 2024.
Your Honor,
On behalf of 63,000 students of City Montessori School (CMS), representing over 2.5 billion children worldwide and future generations, we cordially invite you to be the Guest of Honour at the 24th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World. This conference, focusing on Article 51 of the Indian Constitution, will convene from November 20th to 24th, 2024. Notably, 1429 Chief Justices, Judges, and Heads of States from 138 countries have participated in prior conferences.
The theme, "Global Governance for a Sustainable World Order," underscores the critical importance of international cooperation in addressing global challenges. As Nobel Laureate Jan Tinbergen emphasized, the solutions to today's issues transcend national boundaries, necessitating a strengthened United Nations System.
From international terrorism to environmental degradation and the threat of global conflict, these issues imperil all humanity, including our children and future generations. Article 51 of the Indian Constitution serves as a guiding principle, advocating for international peace, security, and adherence to international law.

CHILDREN'S APPEAL
We, the children of the City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow, India on behalf of over 2 billion children of the world and generations yet to be born, do hereby appeal to the Hon'ble members of the World Judiciary to support our call for ensuring a safe ecology and a safe future for us and also to protect our various rights as children, such as right to proper food, nutrition, shelter, clothing, safe drinking water, health services, education and above all, an atmosphere of love, unity, goodwill and peace to enable us to grow into fine adulthood and contribute our mite in making the planet Earth a perfectly peaceful and prosperous global village.
