ICCJW 2025: A Solemn Beginning

The 26th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World (ICCJW) commenced with the CMS Management, alongside honourable Chief Justices, Judges, Heads of States, and eminent dignitaries from over 51 countries, paying a heartfelt tribute to the ‘Father of our Nation’, Mahatma Gandhi, at Rajghat, his sacred resting place. This was followed by a meaningful ‘Opening Session’ on Article 51 and Global Governance at the India International Centre, New Delhi. Chief Guest Hon’ble Shri Om Birla, Speaker of the Lok Sabha, and Guest of Honour Hon’ble Dr Sudhanshu Trivedi, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, addressed the gathering of eminent personalities during the press conference and panel discussion. These moments marked a powerful beginning to a shared global vision for enforceable international law, world unity, and peace. The dignitaries were later received at Rashtrapati Bhavan for High Tea, followed by a grand Reception and Dinner at the iconic Lotus Temple, where Hon’ble Ms Shobha Karandlaje, Minister of State for Labour & Employment and MSME, Government of India, graced as Chief Guest. The wonderful evening reaffirmed our collective faith in dialogue, unity, and the power of nations coming together for the greater good.
