Honourable Mr Osbert R Frederick

Speaker, House of Representative, Antigua and Barbuda

Honourable Mr Osbert Richard Frederick (born 20 March 1960) is a distinguished Antiguan and Barbudan politician who, as of 18 November 2024, serves as the Speaker of the House of Representatives of Antigua and Barbuda. Prior to his election as Speaker, he served as a Senator from 2014 and held the role of Deputy President of the Senate. A member of the Antigua Labour Party (ABLP), he has contributed to parliamentary leadership and national governance, and has been involved in regional initiatives promoting peace and education.
