Code Of Conduct

Welcome to CELESTA International! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Registration and Documentation:
    – Before Completing the Registration Form: Ensure all participant names are spelled correctly as per the brochure.
    – On Arrival: Report to the Control Room within one hour to complete registration. Submit all required documents and the departure schedule at this time.
  2. Uniform and Identification:
    – Participants must wear their complete school uniform at all times.
    – Identification badges will be issued upon arrival. These badges must be worn throughout the event.
  3. Room Policy:
    – Participants and team leaders are not permitted to stay in their rooms during event activities.
  4. Daily Assembly:
    – Team leaders and members must assemble in the Auditorium at 8:00 a.m. daily for the Prayer Assembly.
  5. Attendance and Conduct:
    – Outstation team members, including teachers, must be present at the venue at all times during the festival.
    – Friends and outsiders are not allowed to visit participants or team leaders until the competition concludes.
    – Discipline and decorum are essential. Team leaders are responsible for their team’s conduct. Any misconduct may result in disqualification.
  6. Room Key and Meals:
    – Deposit the room key at the Reception before leaving for breakfast each day.
    – Meal Timings:
    – Breakfast: 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
    – Lunch: 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
    – Dinner: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
  7. Communication:
    – Provide a valid email address for receiving important details.
  8. Belongings:
    – Team leaders are responsible for the safety of their team’s belongings.
