Important Dates:
- Confirmation Deadline: June 15, 2023
- Registration Form Submission: July 15, 2023
- Arrival in Lucknow: By August 15, 2023
- Event Introduction: August 16, 2023
- Event Duration: August 15 – August 20, 2023
Team Composition:
- Students: Maximum of 8 participants (ages 13-18, Classes VIII to XII)
- Teachers: 1 Teacher In-Charge and 1 Teacher Accompanist
- Total Team Members: 10 (8 students + 2 teachers)
- Special Invitation: Principal of the school (Guest of Honour)
Registration Fees:
- Per Participant: ₹1000/-
- Total Fee for 8 Participants: ₹8000/-
- Payment Method: Demand Draft payable at Lucknow in the name of CITY MONTESSORI SCHOOL, LUCKNOW
Registration & Participation Guidelines:
- Confirm Participation: Please confirm your participation via email by June 15, 2023.
- Submit Registration Forms: No later than July 15, 2023.
- Event Participation: Teams are not required to participate in all events but must participate in any event they register for.
- Championship Trophy: To qualify, a team must participate in all events.
Event Details:
- Group Events: Choir, Choreography, Traditional Folk Dance & Orchestra (Minimum 6 participants per event; otherwise, disqualification applies)
- Art & Painting & 3D Collage: Participants in Art & Painting cannot compete in the Choir; 3D Collage participants cannot compete in Traditional Folk Dance as these events are simultaneous.
Travel & Accommodation:
- Travel: Air/Rail fares are to be borne by participants.
- Accommodation: Boarding, lodging, and transportation from August 15 to August 20, 2023, are provided free of cost.
- Additional Sightseeing: Any extra sightseeing arrangements are to be made independently at your own risk.
