After opening with the nazakat and cultural grandeur of Awadh, Celesta International 2026 moved into its second day with a different kind of celebration — one where young voices carried thoughtful messages, imagined possibilities, and danced to express their emotions.

The day began with the Group Singing Competition, where teams of six to eight students transformed the theme ‘From Darkness to Light’ into song.

Dressed in traditional attire and accompanied by musical instruments, the young performers brought together melody and meaning in performances that spoke of patriotism, unity and brotherhood.

On one hand, where singers gave voice to their dreams, the Art & Painting Competition gave budding artists the platform to paint their ideas on World Peace.

Inspired by the theme ‘The World I Want to See’, students picked up brushes and colours to create their own visions of a more compassionate world. Their artworks imagined a society where people can live with love, peace and dignity, unburdened by divisions of caste, religion, language or nationality.

The day’s final highlight unfolded through the Choreography Competition, themed ‘Expressions of Life’. Through dance, music and carefully crafted visual storytelling, participating teams explored the many shades of human experience — joy and sorrow, struggle and aspiration, dreams and disappointments, hope and love.

Graceful movements, expressive gestures and vibrant costumes filled the stage as students from India and abroad brought their interpretations to life. Each presentation was distinct in its artistic language, yet together they created a shared portrait of humanity — varied in experience, but bound by emotion.

In bringing together young artists and performers from different countries, Celesta International offered them a space to listen to one another, understand different perspectives and discover common ground through creativity.
