Grand Homecoming Celebration
Join the Victory Parade across Lucknow

Gaganyatri Shubhanshu Shukla’s journey is more than a personal triumph—it is a chapter for the history books, a victory for humanity, and a living embodiment of the Jai Jagat spirit he imbibed during 15 years at City Montessori School. A true national hero by merit, Shux touched a billion Indian hearts under one cosmic embrace when he uttered those immortal words, "Namaste from Space," while aboard the International Space Station (ISS) in June 2025. He conducted groundbreaking scientific experiments, advancing the frontiers of space exploration for the betterment of shared humanity.
Today, Lucknow celebrates its son, #HumaraBetaShux, the pride of Uttar Pradesh, whose historic achievement has proven that dreams nurtured in CMS classrooms can indeed illuminate the entire cosmos. His successful return from the Axiom-4 mission drew praise from leaders across the nation:

From CMS to the Cosmos – A Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam Journey
Shubhanshu Shukla’s journey reflects the City Montessori School ethos — nurturing intellect alongside compassion, unity, and global responsibility.
From the quiet halls of CMS to the infinite silence of space, Shux carried the values of Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam in his heart, as he gazed upon the Earth and said,
"...the first thought that came to mind was that the Earth looks absolutely One, I mean no boundary line, no border is visible from outside...the feeling of oneness of the Earth....we all are a part of humanity and the Earth is our home and all of us are its citizens."

Dr (Mrs) Bharti Gandhi
Founder-Director, CMS

Prof. Geeta Gandhi Kingdon
Manager, CMS
“Shubhanshu's stellar achievement embodies Dr. Jagdish Gandhi's vision—where Jai Jagat guides learning, and dreams take flight, answering our Prime Minister's call to look skyward and inspiring countless young minds to explore, innovate, and unite the world through science.”
Join us in celebrating Shux, a true "Vishwa Bandhu—a global citizen", as aptly described by respected Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh, and whose journey represents a "moment of pride for the world and a moment of glory for India .”
