CMS appeals to PM Modi & President Trump to consult on formation of World Parliament—to save humanity from complete annihilation

We hope that President Donald Trump & Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi who will be meeting in India on 24 and 25 Feb 2020 will consult with each other over the formation of a World Parliament to safeguard the future of 7.5 billion people of the world (including world's over 2.5 billion children) and the generations yet-to-be born whose future has become progressively more insecure and unprotected during past seven decades since the outbreak of the 2nd World War and the recent spread of International terrorism, global warming, stockpiling of weapons of mass destruction, fear of a 3rd World War and a Nuclear holocaust. The World Parliament should be like that of the European Parliament which is a collaboration of 27 Sovereign European Nations for a shared dream and shared goal of European Unity, Peace and Prosperity and where no country has to give up its sovereignty.

Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is a very strong believer of the age-old Indian philosophy and ethos of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam' and the Constitution of India (Article 51). The Article 51 of the Constitution of India calls upon the state to endeavor to (a) promote international peace and security; (b) maintain just and honourable relations between nations; (c) foster respect for international law & (d) encourage settlement of international disputes by arbitration.

PM Modi has recently tweeted: Robust friendship between India and USA augurs well not only for our citizens but also for the entire world.

On 23 January 2018, while addressing the Opening Session of World Economic Forum in Davos in presence of 3000 global participants of over 110 countries PM Modi said: "India from time immemorial has continued to believe in uniting the mankind…concept of 'Vasudhaiv Kutumbakam' (the whole world is one family) is even more relevant in bridging the gaps… adherence to this international system based on the rules has become more important than ever." PM Modi has spoken about World Unity & World Peace on many occasions in India and abroad.

President Donald Trump during his Presidential campaign promised to the US electorate and his voters on 15 December 2015 in Las Vegas (USA) and had said: I think I’m going to bring unity to the world. That’s what I do - I bring peace and I bring unity.” On 22 May 2017 at Tel Aviv Airport, during a visit to Israel, President Trump said: "Now we must work together to build a future where the nations of the regions are at peace, and all of our children can grow and grow up strong and grow up free from terrorism and violence." On 24 May 2017, in the Vatican President Trump promised to His Holiness the Pope: "I am more determined than ever to pursue peace in the world."

On 19 September 2017, at the UN General Assembly, New York, President Trump said: "But making a better life for our people also requires us to work together in close harmony and unity, to create a more safe and peaceful future for all people (of the world)." On 26 January 2018, at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, President Trump said: "We are all stronger when free, sovereign nations cooperate towards shared goals and they cooperate toward shared dreams (of World Unity and World Peace)." On 12 June 2018, at the historic Singapore Summit, President Trump said: "Anyone can make war, but only the most courageous can make peace” and “I’ll do whatever it takes to make the world a safer place." "The past does not have to define the future… adversaries can become friends." On 24 October 2018, you said in Mosinee, Wisconsin, USA: “We want all sides to come together in peace and harmony (in world). We can do it, we can do it, we can do it…It will happen.”

Both Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi & President Donald Trump have promised to bring World Unity and World Peace. This is an opportune time for the two biggest democracies of the world come together for the common good of humanity and work for World Unity and World Peace by establishing a World Parliament like that of the European Parliament which is a collaboration of 27 Sovereign European Nations where no nation is required to give up its sovereignty and each nation works for a shared dream and shared goal of European Unity, Peace and Prosperity.

सिटी मोन्टेसरी स्कूल ने मानवता को पूर्ण विनाश से बचाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प से विश्व संसद के गठन के बारे में परामर्श करने की अपील की!

हम आशा करते हैं कि अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनल्ड ट्रम्प और भारत के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी, जो 24 और 25 फरवरी, 2020 को भारत में मिलेंगे, विश्व के 7.5 अरब लोगों (दुनियाँँ भर के 2.5 अरब बच्चों सहित) तथा आगे जन्म लेने वाली पीढ़ियों के भविष्य को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विश्व संसद के गठन पर एक-दूसरे के साथ परामर्श करेंगे, जिनका भविष्य दूसरे विश्व युद्ध के बाद से और पिछले सात दशकों के दौरान अंतर्राष्ट्रीय आतंकवाद, जलवायु परिवर्तन, हथियारों के जखीरों के बढ़ने, सामूहिक विनाश, एक तीसरे विश्व युद्ध और एक परमाणु प्रलय के डर के कारण और भी अधिक असुरक्षित हो गया है। विश्व संसद को यूरोपीय संसद की तरह होना चाहिए, जो कि 27 यूरोपीय राष्ट्रों का एक संगठन है, और यह संगठन इन यूरोपीय राष्ट्रों की एकता, शांति और समृद्धि के साझा लक्ष्य के लिए काम कर रहा है, और जहाँ किसी भी देश को अपनी संप्रभुता नहीं छोड़नी है।

भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री भारत रत्न श्री अटल बिहारी बाजपेयी जी ने कहा है

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी का अपने देश की प्राचीन संस्कृति और सभ्यता ‘वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम’ और भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद (51) में बहुत अधिक विश्वास हैं। भारत के संविधान का अनुच्छेद 51 राज्य को (ए) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय शांति और सुरक्षा को बढ़ावा देने के प्रयास के लिए कहता है, (बी) राष्ट्रों के बीच न्यायपूर्ण और सम्मानजनक संबंध बनाए रखता है, (ब) अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कानून के लिए सम्मान और (क) मध्यस्थता द्वारा अंतर्राष्ट्रीय विवादों के निपटान को प्रोत्साहित करता है।

पी.एम. मोदी ने हाल ही में ट्वीट किया है कि भारत और अमेरिका के बीच मजबूत दोस्ती न केवल हमारे नागरिकों के लिए बल्कि पूरी दुनियाँ के लिए एक अच्छा संकेत है।

23 जनवरी 2018 को, दावोस में 110 से अधिक देशों के 3000 वैश्विक प्रतिभागियों की उपस्थिति में वल्र्ड इकोनामिक फोरम के उद्घाटन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा ‘‘भारत हमेशा से मानव जाति की एकता के लिए काम करता रहा है ___ वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम की अवधारणा (पूरी दुनियाँ एक परिवार है) के अंतराल को पाटने में और भी अधिक प्रासंगिक है ___ नियमों के आधार पर इस अंतर्राष्ट्रीय प्रणाली का पालन करना पहले से कहीं अधिक महत्वपूर्ण हो गया है।’’ पीएम मोदी ने कई मौकों पर विश्व एकता और विश्व शांति की बात भारत तथा अन्य देशों में की है।

राष्ट्रपति श्री डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने अपने राष्ट्रपति चुनाव अभियान के दौरान 15 दिसम्बर 2015 को लास वेगास (यूएसए) में अमेरिकी मतदाताओं से वादा करते हुए कहा था:- मुझे लगता है कि मैं दुनियाँ में एकता लाने जा रहा हूँ। यही मैं करता हूँ - मैं शांति लाता हूँ और मैं एकता लाता हूँ। 22 मई 2017 को इजराइल की यात्रा के दौरान तेल अवीव हवाई अड्डे पर राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने कहा - “अब हमें भविष्य का निर्माण करने के लिए मिलकर काम करना चाहिए जहाँ राष्ट्र या क्षेत्र में शांति हों, और हमारे सभी बच्चे बड़े होकर मजबूत बन सकें। हमें आतंकवाद और हिंसा से मुक्त हो जाना है।

24 मई 2017 को पवित्र वेटिकन सिटी में श्री ट्रम्प ने परम पूज्य पोप से वादा किया था - ‘मैं दुनियाँ में शांति कायम करने के लिए पहले से कहीं अधिक दृढ़ हूँ।’ “विश्व के लोगों के लिए एक बेहतर जीवन बनाने के लिए भी हमें आपसी सद्भाव और एकता के लिए मिलकर काम करना होगा, ताकि विश्व के सभी लोगों के लिए अधिक सुरक्षित और शांतिपूर्ण भविष्य बनाया जा सके।’’ 19 सितंबर 2017 को संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा, न्यूयार्क में राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने कहा - “विश्व के लोगों के लिए एक बेहतर जीवन बनाने के लिए भी हमें आपसी सद्भाव और एकता के लिए मिलकर काम करना होगा, ताकि विश्व के सभी लोगों के लिए अधिक सुरक्षित और शांतिपूर्ण भविष्य बनाया जा सके।’’ 26 जनवरी 2018 को स्विट्जरलैंड के दावोस में आयोजित विश्व आर्थिक फोरम के वैश्विक मंच पर राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने कहा - ‘जब हम स्वतंत्र तथा संप्रभु राष्ट्र साझा लक्ष्यों की प्राप्ति के लिए सहयोग करते हैं तब हम साझा सपनों अर्थात विश्व एकता और विश्व शांति को साकार करने की दिशा में सहयोग करते हैं। 12 जून 2018 को ऐतिहासिक सिंगापुर शिखर सम्मेलन में राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने कहा था - ‘कोई भी युद्ध कर सकता है, लेकिन केवल सबसे साहसी ही शांति बना सकता है’ और ‘मैं दुनियाँ को सुरक्षित स्थान बनाने के लिए जो कुछ भी कर सकता हूं वह करूंगा। अतीत को भविष्य को परिभाषित करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है ... विरोधी मित्र बन सकते हैं।’ 24 अक्टूबर 2018 को राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प ने मोसैनी, विस्कान्सिन, संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिका में कहा - “हम चाहते हैं कि विश्व के सभी लोग शांति और सद्भाव के पक्ष में साथ आएं। हम यह कर सकते हैं, हम यह कर सकते हैं, हम यह कर सकते हैं ... यह होगा।

दोनों प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी और राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने विश्व एकता और विश्व शांति लाने का वादा किया है। यह एक उपयुक्त समय है कि दुनियाँ के दो सबसे बड़े लोकतंत्र मानवता की भलाई के लिए एक साथ आते हैं और यूरोपीय संसद की तरह विश्व संसद की स्थापना करके विश्व एकता और विश्व शांति के लिए काम करते हैं, जो 28 संप्रभु यूरोपीय राष्ट्रों का संगठन है - जहाँ किसी भी राष्ट्र को अपने देश की संप्रभुता त्यागने की आवश्यकता नहीं, और प्रत्येक देश अपने स्वयं के सपनों और लक्ष्य के साथ ही यूरोपीय एकता, शांति और समृद्धि के लिए काम करते हैं।
