Although times have changed, the contributions of these great leaders cannot be forgotten and although practices and ways of doing things have changed as well, the ways of these great leaders cannot be overlooked.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>This event is an endeavor to highlight achievements, important historical decisions, leadership style and life of Important Leaders who have shaped history.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Preliminary Round <strong>Rules<\/strong> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Time: 1 Hour<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One participant shall represent each team.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participant shall be given a renowned Historical character to represent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After receiving the confirmation of the entry, the team will be informed about the name of the character through email by 10<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> July 2025.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Participant shall state the achievements, contribution and leadership style of the character in one minute.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selected 24 candidates will reach the Final round.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Round II <strong>Rules<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Time: 2 Hours<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The characters will have to face the Jury in a mock court room staged.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the final round <\/span><b>Two Characters<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of contrasting ideologies\/leadership style\/ approaches (from two different teams) shall be sent on the stage together.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They will be given 2 minutes <\/span><b>each<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to introduce, state the leadership style and achievements of the character they represent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Immediately after which participants on stage shall get 2 minutes to refute, oppose and question the stand \/decisions \/ideology of each other on stage.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Then next 2 minutes shall be to answer the questions of the jury members and defend their historical decisions \/acts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selected participants are expected to reflect the character
