Leadership Legacy – (In conversation with great leaders of all times)
‘The history of the world is but the biography of great men’- A leader has the ability to inspire followers to achieve more than they thought was possible. All great leaders had something unique about them and yet they were bound by greatness that helped them to lead masses to innovations, new ideologies and progress. Although times have changed, the contributions of these great leaders cannot be forgotten and although practices and ways of doing things have changed as well, the ways of these great leaders cannot be overlooked.
This event is an endeavor to highlight achievements, important historical decisions, leadership style and life of Important Leaders who have shaped history.
Preliminary Round Time: 1 Hour
- One participant shall represent each team.
- Participant shall be given a renowned Historical character to represent.
- After receiving the confirmation of the entry, the team will be informed about the name of the character through email by 10th July 2025.
- Participant shall state the achievements, contribution and leadership style of the character in one minute.
- Selected 24 candidates will reach the Final round.
Round II Time: 2 Hours
- The characters will have to face the Jury in a mock court room staged.
- In the final round Two Characters of contrasting ideologies/leadership style/ approaches (from two different teams) shall be sent on the stage together.
- They will be given 2 minutes each to introduce, state the leadership style and achievements of the character they represent.
- Immediately after which participants on stage shall get 2 minutes to refute, oppose and question the stand /decisions /ideology of each other on stage.
- Then next 2 minutes shall be to answer the questions of the jury members and defend their historical decisions /acts.
- Selected participants are expected to reflect the character they represent through their attire only in Round II.
