At City Montessori School<\/strong>, Rajajipuram Campus II, we prioritize a holistic approach to education that sparks curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our young learners. To strengthen the vital school-parent partnership, the campus recently hosted an ALfA Orientation Program for the parents of Pre-Primary<\/strong>, Grade I<\/strong>, and Grade II<\/strong> students. This event introduced the ALFA methodology<\/strong> (Active Learning for All)\u2014a dynamic, student-centered approach to education that fosters experiential learning and interactive teaching techniques.<\/p>\n

The Orientation Program was designed to give parents an in-depth understanding of how we engage students through hands-on learning, nurturing creativity and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n

Opening Prayer & Commencement of Activities<\/h4>\n

The session began with a thoughtful opening prayer<\/strong>, setting a reflective and positive tone for the day. This heartfelt gesture established the foundation for a day full of learning, collaboration, and engagement.<\/p>\n

Understanding ALFA: A New-Age Learning Approach<\/h3>\n

The core of the program focused on introducing the ALFA methodology<\/strong>. ALFA is built around three key principles:<\/p>\n

    A highlight of the session was the introduction of Tina & Toto<\/strong>, two lovable puppets designed to immerse young learners in spoken English while fostering language development.<\/p>\n

    Our Headmistress<\/strong> extended a warm welcome to all parents, emphasizing our school\u2019s commitment to experiential learning<\/strong> and holistic development<\/strong>. She shared valuable insights into:<\/p>\n
