  • Each participating school team should comprise seventeen student participants<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Each team will be accompanied by two team leaders<\/strong>.<\/li>
  • Principals accompanying the teams will be recognised as Guests of Honour<\/strong>\u00a0during the event.<\/li>
  • A maximum of eight participants from the Senior Category (Classes XI and XII)<\/strong> and eight participants from the Junior Category (Classes VIII, IX and X)<\/strong> may be included in the team.<\/li>
  • One additional student<\/strong> should be nominated for participation in the special collaborative production<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Participation slots are limited, and confirmation will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis<\/strong>. Schools are therefore kindly requested to confirm their participation at the earliest.<\/li>
    • Schools must confirm participation by email through the prescribed format by 1 June 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • The registration form along with the travel details form must be submitted by 20 July 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • Teams must verify the names of all participants before registration<\/strong> and submit a final verified list on the school letterhead, duly signed by the Head of the Institution<\/strong>, by 31 July 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>
    • All entries must be complete in all respects and duly signed by the Head of the Institution<\/strong>.<\/li>

      • A registration fee of INR 2,000 per participant<\/strong> will be charged for national teams<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • International teams<\/strong> will be charged a registration fee of USD 20 per participant<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • Principals, team leaders and local teams are exempt from the registration fee<\/strong>.<\/li>
      • The registration fee should be paid via Demand Draft in favour of City Montessori School, Lucknow<\/strong>.<\/li>

          • Participation in all events is encouraged but not mandatory<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • However, only teams participating in all events will be eligible to compete for the Championship Trophy<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • As part of the Inaugural Ceremony<\/strong>, each participating school is requested to prepare a multimedia presentation introducing their school, principal, team leaders and participants<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • The presentation should include a maximum of 10 slides<\/strong>, along with the school logo and principal\u2019s photograph<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Teams must also carry their school flag<\/strong> for the ceremonial procession.<\/li>\n
          • Multimedia submissions should be in the prescribed formats only<\/strong>:\n

                • Outstation teams and team leaders are required to remain present at the venue throughout the event from 10\u201314 August 2026<\/strong>.<\/li>
