Drawing is my favourite hobby. I love drawing because drawings do not cost much and are always fun. I cannot imagine a colourful life without drawing. My greatest inspiration is my mother who always encourages me to design her dresses. When I am sad, I cheer myself up drawing something so that I can make myself happy. Drawing is a way for me to show my creativity. It needs a lot of devotion as well as practice. I never feel bored when I have my colours with me. My colours are my best friend. I have decorated my house with my drawings. Every year, I gift my grandparents and parents with my drawings on their birthdays and anniversaries. Drawing has now become the most important part of my life.

I have two beautiful birds as my pets. They are colourful budgie parrots, commonly known as 'Love Birds'. They are really loving and playful. I have named them 'Mango' and 'Kiwi' because one is yellow and other is green in colour.
I spend most of my time with them. Now-a-days I am teaching them to talk, as my mother has said they will learn to talk in 6 months. After my school, I wait eagerly to meet them and I am sure they also miss me. I daily take care of their food and bath. They enjoy playing under water spray. I love Mango and Kiwi very much.

Pets are our friends at home. They are not humans but have many human qualities-emotions, choices etc. They are not mere animals, they are family.
I also have a dog and a bird as my pet. My dog is a beagle and I call him 'Tuffy'. He is full of energy and is playful all the time. I spend a lot of time in the evening playing with him on my terrace.
