Navya Varshney, (III-E), participated in India Cutest Kids.com Competition, Season 5. She was the only one selected from Lucknow after the 1st Round of auditions. In Round 2 held in Mumbai, after a rigorous photo shoot and ramp walking contest, she got selected along with 50 other kids from all over the country from age group 3 to 12 years. Her photograph was printed in the April 2020 calendar page.
Brainfeed Education Magazine awarded the campus with the Brainfeed School Excellence Award 2019-20 as one of the Top 500 Schools of India for its committed efforts towards fructifying its vision and innovative approach to groom the young learners with skills for life. The award was given at a grand ceremony during Brainfeed 7th National Conference held in New Delhi on 6th February 2020.
ClassEdge Classroom Championship Contest was organized by Tata Class Edge. Total 8 teachers of CMS have been selected from the entire North region. The Regional Round Winners from CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I are Mrs Azra Parveen and Mr Abu Saad Siddiqui.
In the IIT Genius Scholarship Test, written round (stage 1) organised by FIITJEE, Satyarth Pandey and Adhyatm Agnihotri of Class VII were selected in the Top 30 students across the country and shortlisted for the interview round to be held on 19th February in New Delhi.
Eight students of the campus were felicitated with medals and certificates for their achievements in Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Parikhsha 2019 organized by Akhil Vishwa Gayatri Parivaar. The students were, Aditya Agarwal (VI), Agmaya Verma (VII), Utkarsh Singh (VIII), Riya Verma (IX), Subhrot Singh (X), Prigwal Singh (XI), Chitra Singh (XII), Riya Verma (XII).
Aaditya Saxena (VII) won the silver medal in Taekwondo Championship held at Chowk stadium.
Students of the campus attended the evening session of Astronomy Workshop by LABRYNTHE. They tried to see the Moon and Venus through telescope.
The five-member students' team of CMS, Kanpur Road Campus was honoured with the coveted 'WIPRO Earthian Award' on 8th Feb. 2020. At a glittering award ceremony held recently in Bengaluru, the Chairman of Wipro, Mr Rishad Premji honoured the CMS students and their teachers Mrs Neelam Pandey and Mrs Shikha Tripathi. The students of the winning team of CMS Kanpur Road Campus comprised Bhuvi Bhatnagar, Advik Tripathi, Kashvi Paul, Hansika Gautam and Aarna Bajpai.
The winning painting of Kritika Prakash (X) was published in the ICS calender of 2020. Kritika had participated in the 'International Painting Competition' organised by Institute of Career Studies, Lucknow. The topic for the competition was 'Poetry in Images: Your favourite poem in art.' Kritika chose a poem by Eric Hanson and transformed it into a piece of art.
Jaanvi Wadhera (VIII) won the award of Princess of Lucknow in Malaiyka-e-Avadh competition.
Anika Tripathi of Class IX C participated in the Immerse Education 2020 Essay Competition Scholarship. The judges have selected her essay to receive a partial scholarship of 15% to Study Engineering with Immerse in 2020. She has qualified to get 13 nights accommodation in a central college of the University of Cambridge apart from many other benefits.
Anahita Singh of Class X, IGCSE, is among the top 200 winners of Times Scholars 2019 nationally (top 100 from class X and XI category). She is the only student from Lucknow to make it through the rigorous process comprising 6 practice tests, 2 Power Point Presentations online, a final online examination and 2 rounds of interviews. She will be awarded at a Felicitation ceremony organized by the Times of India group in March.
A free dental check-up camp was organised at the campus on 25th January. Dentists from 'Realtooth' interacted with students, parents and staff and told them about the importance of maintaining good teeth and oral hygiene.
Toshani Pandey (II) bagged the gold medal in sub-junior 22kg U.P. Open State Kyorugi Taekwondo Championship held at Agarwal Shiksha Sansthan, Lucknow. The event was organized by Lucknow Taekwondo Association affiliated to Taekwondo Federation of India.
Avinash Verma (IX) participated in the 5th India Open International Taekwondo Championship 2020 organised from 10-12 January at S.M.S stadium, Jaipur by ASCI Taekwondo India. He was awarded a certificate for his commendable achievement.
Aaryan Pandey (VI) took part in the 18th Delhi International G M Chess Tournament 2020 held from 9-16 January 2020 and won a cash prize of Rs 10,000/-.
Hrithik Shukla (VIII) and Deep Maurya (VIII) won the 3rd position (Team Round) in the Inter Campus Elementary Maths Olympiad organized by CMS QAID.
Tanya Srivastava (III) was awarded first prize in solo dance competition in Bharatnatyam Junior Shahjanpur Rang Mohotsav and was awarded a certificate and a trophy.
Abheesth Khare (V) participated in the 3rd Sardar Bishan Singh Ji Memorial State open chess Tournament held at Olivemount Global School, Hyderabad and secured 5 points out of 9 rounds and secured the 2nd position. The event was organised by Maestro Chess Academy. He also secured the 3rd position in the Delta Step Learning (India’s Smartest Learning Solution) for the ‘Most Persevering Student.’
Shreya Kumari (V) appeared in the Bhartiya Sanskriti Gyan Pariksha organised under the aegis of Gayatri Teerth, Shantikunj, Haridwar and was awarded a medal and a certificate for her brilliant performance.
Harshvardhan Bisht (VIII) secured All India 1st position in National junior Compudon championship organized by Microsoft India and Cyber-learning.

Abdul Ahad (IX) secured 1st position among all campuses by scoring 208 marks; Mohd Shayam Khan scored 159 marks and secured second position and Shubhanshu Srivastava scored 156 marks and attained third position in Inter Campus Chemistry Olympiad organised by CMS QAID.
Tejas Pratap Singh (IV) was awarded a trophy and a certificate in the 110th U.P State level Regional Abacus Competition Brain O'Brain and was honoured with the title of Champion Level-1.
Hridayansh (I) won the prize in Masters Tennis League organised by Let’s Play Tennis Academy.
Abdul Ahad (IX) secured the third position in the Inter Campus Astronomy Olympiad organised by CMS QAID at Rajendra Nagar Campus I.
