CMS Careers Advisory Service

A Career Counselling session

The CMS Career Counselling department works at two levels to ensure that the students get the perfect balance of information, guidance and exposure. At the school level, there is one specialized counsellor who interacts with the students daily. The counsellor holds sessions with students of different grades with a different strategy for each grade. They help students prepare for exams like SAT, ACT, AP, etc. and also assist with the application forms for different universities, India and abroad.

At the macro level, CMS conducts numerous outreach programs and organizes university visits. The department ensures that various colleges and institutes, from all over the world, visit the school campus to interact with students and brief them on the education opportunities which lie ahead. Additionally, they also invite different faculty for guest lectures and organize webinars for the students. The team also looks into providing training to the counselors to ensure that they are always up to date with the information.

The field of education is ever-growing and it is vital that the dreams of the school, teachers, counselors and students transcend boundaries. It is to realize that objective CMS proudly promotes the ‘Study Abroad’ platform. It has seen students reach the best of institutes all over the world. From Stanford, Caltech, Harvard and Cambridge, to Hong Kong, NUS, Melbourne, etc.
