The ISCL-2025 Standard Playing Conditions for Twenty20 matches<\/b><\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n

1. Team Kit (Dress) Requirements<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Each team must have their own coloured kit<\/strong> (not more than two colours), including pads, gloves, cap, and dress.<\/li>\n
  • White kits are not allowed.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • The back side<\/strong> of the T-shirt must display the player\u2019s number<\/strong> in capital letters.<\/li>\n
  • On the front left side<\/strong>, print the school logo<\/strong>, and in the centre<\/strong>, print the school name and city<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Spike shoes<\/strong> are not allowed<\/strong> for batsmen (batters).<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

    2. Duration of the Innings<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Each team will play one inning of a maximum of 20 overs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

      3. Number of Participating Teams<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • A total of 16 teams<\/strong> (from different cities and countries) will participate in ISCL\u20132025.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

        4. Strength of a Team<\/h4>\n
          \n
        • Maximum 18 members per delegation<\/strong>, consisting of:\n
            \n
          • 15 players (Boys under 18 years and up to Class XII are allowed).<\/li>\n
          • Foreign teams may include 2 additional U-19 players<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Eligibility:<\/strong> Players born on or after 31\/12\/2007<\/strong> qualify as Under-18.<\/li>\n
          • 1 Team Manager<\/li>\n
          • 1 Coach<\/li>\n
          • 1 Physiotherapist<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n <\/li>\n
          • Foreign teams<\/strong> may form a combined country school team.<\/li>\n
          • Team officials<\/strong> are responsible for maintaining discipline.<\/li>\n
          • Registration<\/strong> is on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

            5. Ground<\/h4>\n
              \n
            • Three grounds will be used for ISCL\u20132025.<\/li>\n
            • Six matches will be played daily (two day matches and one night match on each ground).<\/li>\n
            • The next team must report one hour before<\/strong> their scheduled match time.<\/li>\n
            • Teams should be prepared to play two matches a day<\/strong>, if required.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

              6. Format of Match<\/h4>\n
                \n
              • Matches will follow a League-cum-Knockout<\/strong> format.<\/li>\n
              • There will be 4 pools<\/strong> with 4 teams each<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • Each team will play three league matches<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
              • The pool topper<\/strong> from each group will qualify for the Knockout Stage.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                7. Cricket Balls<\/h4>\n
                  \n
                • White balls<\/strong> will be used.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                  8. Arrangement of Overs<\/h4>\n
                    \n
                  • Each team must bowl 20 overs within 1 hour and 30 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                    9. Fielding Restrictions<\/h4>\n
                      \n
                    • No more than 5 fielders on the leg side at any time.<\/li>\n
                    • During the match, not more than 5 fielders may be outside the circle at delivery.<\/li>\n
                    • Powerplay (first 6 overs):<\/strong> Only 2 fielders outside the circle.<\/li>\n
                    • After 6 overs:<\/strong> Minimum 4 fielders must remain inside the circle.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                      10. Bowling Restriction<\/h4>\n
                        \n
                      • Each bowler may bowl a maximum of 4 overs.<\/strong><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                        11. Free Hit after No Ball<\/h4>\n
                          \n
                        • Every No Ball<\/strong> results in a Free Hit<\/strong>, in addition to 1 run for the No Ball.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                          12. Timed Out<\/h4>\n
                            \n
                          • The incoming batsman must be ready within 60 seconds<\/strong> after the previous wicket falls.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                            13. Short-Pitched Bowling<\/h4>\n
                              \n
                            • Only one short-pitched ball per over<\/strong> is allowed.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                              14. Super Over<\/h4>\n
                                \n
                              • In case of a tie, a Super Over<\/strong> (6 balls per side) will decide the winner. The team scoring more runs in the Super Over is declared the winner.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                15. The Impact Player<\/h4>\n
                                  \n
                                • Each team is allowed one Impact Player<\/strong>, who can actively bat or bowl.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                  16. Interval<\/h4>\n
                                    \n
                                  • A 15-minute interval<\/strong> will be observed between innings.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                    17. Over-Rate Penalties<\/h4>\n
                                      \n
                                    • A 6-run penalty per over not bowled<\/strong> will apply.<\/li>\n
                                    • Teams must bowl 20 overs within 1 hour and 30 minutes.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                    • If umpires find time-wasting, the same penalty applies and remaining overs must still be completed.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                      18. Tie Matches and Super Over<\/h4>\n
                                        \n
                                      • In case of a tie or abandonment due to weather, a Super Over<\/strong> will follow.<\/li>\n
                                      • If the Super Over is tied, international tiebreaker rules<\/strong> will apply.<\/li>\n
                                      • Any dispute or unlisted matter will be decided by the Organising Committee<\/strong> and its decision will be final.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                        19. Net Run Rate (NRR)<\/h4>\n
                                          \n
                                        • NRR = (Average runs scored per over) \u2013 (Average runs conceded per over)<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                        • If a team is all out before completing its overs, the calculation is based on the full 20 overs.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                          20. League Table<\/h4>\n
                                            \n
                                          • Points System:<\/strong> Win \u2013 2 Points | Loss \u2013 0 Points<\/li>\n
                                          • Ranking:<\/strong> Higher points = higher position; tie resolved by Net Run Rate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                            21. Umpires<\/h4>\n
                                              \n
                                            • Qualified State Panel Umpires<\/strong> from the U.P. Cricket Association.<\/li>\n
                                            • Three umpires: two on-field and one third umpire.<\/li>\n
                                            • Umpire decisions are final.<\/strong><\/li>\n
                                            • Umpires may reduce overs if conditions demand.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                              22. Registration<\/h4>\n
                                                \n
                                              • Fees:<\/strong> \u20b970,000 per Indian team | USD 1000 per foreign team.<\/li>\n
                                              • Includes food, boarding, lodging, and transport to\/from Lucknow Railway Station\/Airport.<\/li>\n
                                              • Payment via Demand Draft<\/strong> in favour of CMS, Lucknow (no cash accepted).<\/li>\n
                                              • Player form and photograph must be verified by the Principal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                                              • Player must sign again at registration for authenticity.<\/li>\n
                                              • School flag<\/strong> and Country flag<\/strong> required at registration.<\/li>\n
                                              • Last Date:<\/strong> 31st September 2025.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                                23. Eligibility (Indian Teams Only)<\/h4>\n
                                                  \n
                                                • Submit group photograph with School Principal and officials.<\/li>\n
                                                • Submit soft + hard copies of Aadhar Card<\/strong> and Class X Certificate<\/strong>, attested by Principal.<\/li>\n
                                                • Provide Board registration number<\/strong> (CBSE\/ICSE\/IB\/State Board).<\/li>\n
                                                • Class XII players must have studied Class X in the same institution.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                                  24. Awards<\/h4>\n
                                                    \n
                                                  • Man of the Match<\/li>\n
                                                  • Man of the Series<\/li>\n
                                                  • Best Bowler (Highest Wicket Taker)<\/li>\n
                                                  • Best Batsman (Highest Run Scorer)<\/li>\n
                                                  • Best Fielder<\/li>\n
                                                  • Best Outfit<\/li>\n
                                                  • Runner Up<\/li>\n
                                                  • Maximum Sixes<\/li>\n
                                                  • Fair Play Award<\/li>\n
                                                  • Winner<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                                    25. Stay Arrangements<\/h4>\n
                                                      \n
                                                    • Organisers will provide food, boarding, and lodging from 13th to 19th December 2025<\/strong> at the Lucknow venue. Teams should plan travel reservations accordingly.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                                      26. General Instructions<\/h4>\n
                                                        \n
                                                      • All participants must attend ceremonial activities.<\/li>\n
                                                      • Morning Prayer Assembly<\/strong> is compulsory.<\/li>\n
                                                      • Wear complete team dress and carry Identity Card<\/strong> during opening ceremony and procession.<\/li>\n
                                                      • No participant may leave the venue once the event begins.<\/li>\n
                                                      • The Team Leader<\/strong> must stay with participants throughout.<\/li>\n
                                                      • Maintain discipline and decorum at all times.<\/li>\n
                                                      • The Team Manager<\/strong> is responsible for team conduct.<\/li>\n
                                                      • Any breach of discipline may lead to disqualification.<\/li>\n
                                                      • The organisers are not responsible for lost valuables.<\/li>\n
                                                      • Travel (rail\/air) expenses to be borne by participants\/institutions.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                                        27. Medical, Communication & Security<\/h4>\n
                                                          \n
                                                        • Venue will be sealed during the event with 24\u00d77 security<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
                                                        • A doctor on duty<\/strong> will be available round-the-clock.<\/li>\n
                                                        • \u201cHappy to Help<\/strong>\u201d desk, telephone, fax, and mail services available 24\u00d77.<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n

                                                          28. Weather<\/h4>\n
                                                            \n
