Event<\/td>\nLaugh Lines for Equality is an offline creative poetry competition where Grade 5 students compose and recite a limerick that reflects values of fairness, respect, unity and gender equality\u2014using humour and rhythm to convey a meaningful message.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Event Rules:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Each participant must write one original limerick
    \n(5 lines only).<\/li>\n
  2. The rhyme scheme must be AABBA.<\/li>\n
  3. Time limit for recitation: 1:00 to 1:30 minutes.<\/li>\n
  4. Limerick must be self-composed.<\/li>\n
  5. Language should be simple, positive and appropriate.<\/li>\n
  6. No offensive or derogatory content is allowed.<\/li>\n
  7. A printed copy of the limerick must be submitted to the judges.<\/li>\n
  8. Participants should mention only the name and school code, not the school name.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
