Maulana Yasoob Abbas Sahab Maulana Mohammed Mirza Yasoob Abbas<\/strong> is a prominent Shia Islamic scholar, cleric, and General Secretary cum spokesperson of the All India Shia Personal Law Board (AISPLB), Lucknow.<\/p>\n Born on 21 March 1970, he was educated at Shia College, Lucknow, where he also served in a leadership role.
