PowerPoint Presentation (Team Event- Open for both CMS and Non CMS Teams )<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Theme 1: Skill based learning- Future Proofing students for success<\/strong><br \/>\nThe theme may include-<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Develop Foundational Skills: Critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.<\/li>\n<li>Acquire Technical and Soft Skills: Digital literacy, data analysis, coding, collaboration, time management, and adaptability.<\/li>\n<li>Foster Future-Proofing Strategies: Lifelong learning, entrepreneurial spirit, and global citizenship.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Theme 2: Building global citizenship-Innovative approaches to environmental education.<\/strong><br \/>\nThe theme may include-:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Empowering Sustainable Futures: Educating students to adopt eco-friendly practices and reduce their carbon footprint.<\/li>\n<li>Climate Change Awareness: Informing students about the causes, effects, and mitigation strategies of climate change.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivating Responsible Global Citizens: Inspiring students to take action and contribute to a more sustainable and environmentally conscious world.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Rules and Regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>A School can send only one team.<\/li>\n<li>Number of participants : Maximum &#8211; 5 and Minimum 1<\/li>\n<li>A team has to choose any one theme compulsorily.<\/li>\n<li>Each team will have a minimum of 3 minutes and maximum of 5 minutes for their presentation.<\/li>\n<li>The content of the PPT should not be copied. Plagiarism, if detected, will lead to disqualification.<\/li>\n<li>The Presentation MUST be submitted to the organisers during the time of registration .<\/li>\n<li>Bring an extra-copy of your presentation to the conference on a USB media storage device. This copy is to be used as a backup if required.Make sure the USB media storage device and your presentation file are properly labeled with your name and Team Code.<\/li>\n<li>All presentations must run on Windows operating system \u2013 a Laptop and the Multimedia Projector will be available. The Microsoft PowerPoint is the recommended software to be used.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Judgement Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Content<\/li>\n<li>Relevance to the theme<\/li>\n<li>Innovative Ideas, originality and creativity<\/li>\n<li>Articulation and Clarity of Thoughts<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>B. Case Study &#8211; Enhancing Skills in Learners (Team Event- only for Non CMS Teams)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><br \/>\nTo develop a comprehensive case study that showcases innovative strategies and best practices in enhancing skills in learners. The case study must be based on a real-life scenario from your own school.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Team Composition<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Number of participants : Maximum &#8211; 5 and Minimum 1<br \/>\n2. Team Roles: Each team member must have a defined role (e.g., team leader, researcher, presenter)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Case Study Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Topic Focus: Enhancing skills in learners (e.g., critical thinking, problem-solving, communication)<br \/>\n2. Context: The case study must be set in a real-world educational context (e.g., a school, a classroom)<br \/>\n3. Innovative Strategies: The case study must showcase innovative strategies and best practices in enhancing skills in learners<br \/>\n4. Data-Driven: The case study must include data and evidence to support the effectiveness of the strategies implemented<br \/>\n5. Lessons Learned: The case study must highlight lessons learned and areas for future improvement<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Presentation Time: Maximum 10 Minutes.<br \/>\n2. Presentation Format: Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides<br \/>\n3. Visual Aids: Teams are encouraged to use visual aids (e.g., images, charts, graphs) to support their presentation<br \/>\n4. Q&amp;A Session: A 5-minute Q&amp;A session will follow each presentation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Submission Guidelines<\/strong><br \/>\n1. Case Study Report: Teams must mail the written case study report (max. 5 pages) by 1st April, 2025 on the id icp@cmseducation.org<br \/>\n2. Soft Board Decoration Competition (For the City Montessori School Teachers)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Objective<\/strong><br \/>\nTo creatively showcase the 6 skills (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Communication, Collaboration, Emotional Intelligence, and Problem-Solving) through soft board decoration.<\/p>\n<p>Each campus will prepare 2 boards:<\/p>\n<p>1. Primary Section Board: CMS, Vision 2025.<br \/>\n2. Pre-Primary Section Board: 6 C\u2019s of Education<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The team should comprise two participants per section.<\/li>\n<li>Any two teachers from the Pre primary and Primary Section can participate.<\/li>\n<li>Softboard of size 6 feet x 4 feet will be provided.<\/li>\n<li>The decoration must be relevant to the theme.<\/li>\n<li>Encourage creativity and originality in the design and decoration.<\/li>\n<li>The decoration should be visually appealing and attractive.<\/li>\n<li>Each board should be given a relevant title.<\/li>\n<li>Use of innovative and sustainable materials is encouraged (e.g., recycled paper, cardboard, fabric scraps).<\/li>\n<li>Teachers can set up their boards at CMS, WUCC on 30th April and 1st May, 2025, and must be completed by 1:00 pm on 1st May, 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Judgement Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>1.
