The event is organized to provide a platform for Principals and educators to share best practices, discuss emerging trends, and collaborate on innovative solutions in education.
Each participating school can participate in three categories and two levels

Principal – Rs. 4000/-
Middle Level Leader – Rs. 3000/-
Teacher – Rs. 3000/-
School Team Level Participation (5 members) – Rs- 12000/-
(Team Composition: 1 Principal + 2 Middle Level Leaders + 2 Teachers)
A registration form will be considered valid only if it is complete in all respects and is duly forwarded by the Head of the Institution.
The organizer will provide accommodation to all out- station and International teams.

Every registered school will receive a team code.
In case the team comes before 1st May, 2025 or extends its stay beyond 4th May, 2025, some alternative arrangements have to be made by the team itself.
Additional members, including infants and children will not be accommodated.
All the teams must attend the inauguration ceremony to be held on 1st May 2025 4:00 pm onwards at the conference venue.
All outstation teams must attend the press conference and photo session to be held on 2nd May, 2025 at 11:00 am and are required to schedule their travel plans accordingly.
It is compulsory for all the teams to attend the plenary session for all the days in the morning.
The results of all the competitions will be announced in the valedictory ceremony to be held on 4th May, 2024.
The Judges’ decision would be final.
Conference Guidelines:
1. The conference will follow a predetermined schedule, shared with registered participants in advance.
2. Each team member is expected to attend all sessions and participate actively.
3. Mobile phones must be on silent mode during sessions.
Travel Arrangements:
1. Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and fro from the conference venue.
2. School will provide transportation between the airport/railway station and conference venue, if requested in advance.
Registration Process:
1. Registration form must be filled by 10th March 2025.
2. Outstation Participants will be required to send their complete travel details by 10th April, 2025 so that the arrangements for their transport to and from the airport/railway station can be made.
