In this exciting competition, participants are tasked with creating an original jingle that highlights the wonders of Maths and Science. Teams can incorporate the names of great mathematicians and scientists, infusing their performance with creativity, knowledge, and innovation.

Performance Guidelines

  • Lyrics Theme: The jingle’s lyrics must focus on Maths and Science, with an option to include the names of influential mathematicians and scientists.
  • Lyric Submission: Teams must submit their lyrics one day prior to the event to ensure eligibility.
  • Costumes and Props: Demonstrate creativity by using recycled materials for costumes and props, promoting both artistic expression and sustainability.
  • Musical Instruments: Teams are free to use a variety of instruments, including synthesizers, beatboxing, foot tapping, or any other creative sounds to enhance their performance.
  • Plagiarism: All jingles must be original. Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

Time Limit
Each team will have 90 seconds for their entire performance, including setup. Be sure to make every moment count!

Group Category
This competition is open to Group A, encouraging young talent to express their love for Maths and Science through music.

Judging Criteria
Participants will be judged on the following criteria, with a total of 25 marks available:

  • Creativity and Originality – 5 marks
  • Costumes and Props – 5 marks
  • Relevance to the Theme – 5 marks
  • Blending of Voice – 5 marks
  • Overall Presentation – 5 marks

Judges will assess how well the team incorporates creativity, thematic relevance, and performance quality into their jingle, while ensuring originality and sustainability through the use of recycled materials.
