Kindly go through the brochure and fill up the registration forms for ICSQC with correct spellings of the names of the participants.
No teams will be registered over phone. Kindly make sure that the Registration Form reaches the Convenor latest by 30th August 2024 along with the Demand Draft.
Kindly mail an MS Excel Sheet as attachment having the school’s name and address, team leader’s name and names of participants along with their phone numbers at email:icsqcc@cmseducation.org.
Kindly send your Registration Forms at the earliest as the rooms will be allotted on first-come-first-served basis.
he organizers will be pleased to provide boarding and lodging to the teams free of cost. This also includes transportation from and to the railway station/ airport in Lucknow. This facility will be extended in case of prior information of the travel schedule.
We request you to pay the Registration fee by Demand Draft payable in Lucknow in the name of ‘City Montessori School, Lucknow’. The teams will be registered only on receipt of the DD.
On reaching the venue, the teams must report to the Control Room / Registration Counter within an hour, and get themselves registered. Registration of teams will be open from 9:00 a.m. on 3rd December 2024. All the documents i.e. photocopy of VISA, passport and the departure schedule have to be submitted in the control room at the time of registration.
We accord a special invitation to the Principal/ Head of the institution to be our Special Guest for this event.
The teams are requested to bring their respective school flags (size 3 ft x 2 ft) along with them.
The key of the room should be deposited at the Reception everyday before leaving for breakfast.
Students must wear full school uniform at all times during the competitions. They must wear their identity badges all through the day.
Team leaders are solely responsible for the safety and security of their team members during the stay. If, for any reason, any delegate is moving out of the convention venue, then it is requested that the Reception Counter may kindly be informed about it. A venue exit form must be deposited at the Reception Counter.
Team leaders will be personally responsible for the conduct of the team members. All teams must abide by the rules and regulations of the convention.
The teams interested in arriving before 3rd December 2024 or leaving after 8th December 2024 will have to make their own arrangements for stay. The organisers will provide boarding and lodging facilities from 3rd December to 8th December evening.
Shopping trips and sight seeing may kindly be scheduled after the conclusion of the event. You may contact the travel desk for transport at nominal cost.
International teams are advised to fill ‘C’ form compulsorily within 24 hours of their arrival in our International Guest House. Our staff shall guide them.
